Hi, I am Esmee

Ramayana is a classical spiritual epic from Asia about an inner journey — from confusion, loss, and darkness back to truth, connection, and light. A return to your essence. Just like in the ancient story of Prince Rama, I’ve walked that inner path myself.

I carry my last name with pride — though I didn’t always know its meaning.
It was only later, when I had already begun walking my own inner path, that I discovered what Ramayana truly stands for.

That made it feel all the more magical.

From Thinking to Feeling

After completing my studies in Social Work, I worked in psychiatric care, supporting young adults with complex challenges. But when life brought me into a period of personal upheaval, I found myself on the other side of the support system.

Therapy helped — it gave me insight, awareness, and understanding of my patterns. But still, something felt missing. It wasn’t until I discovered experiential, body-based, and energetic work that a true shift happened. A shift from thinking to feeling — from understanding with the mind to connecting with the body.

This experience shaped me deeply. It’s why I now share this work with others: because I believe in the wisdom of the body as a gateway to true transformation. Because I know that safetyconnection, and embodied experience are the foundations of deep healing and lasting change.

The Bridge I Offer

In my sessions, the core themes of the Ramayana come alive:
integrating light and shadow, restoring life energy, and reconnecting body, mind, and soul.

My name now feels like a mirror of the journey I’ve lived —
and a bridge I offer to others: between East and West, science and intuition, mind and body.

You’re warmly welcome, exactly as you are.

With love,
Esmee
